Day of Coordintation

Service Description

Jada Elize offers a day of coordinating option to couples that have planned every aspect of their wedding! In this package, we orchestrate your entire wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We require a contract within six months of the scheduled event along with a down payment which is half of your agreement. Three months prior to the ceremony, the coordinator will follow up with the couple, to finalize all last minute plans and request copies of all vendor contracts, contacts, and other pertinent details so that we may ensure that the couples expectation is clearly communicated. Itineraries will be distributed to the wedding party and contracted vendors. On the day of the wedding rehearsal, the couple must provide the coordinator with all venue and vendor gratuities in separate envelopes for distribution of payment.
