What types of events do you plan?

Jada Elize specializes in wedding and event planning but also provides project management services for small businesses. With the diverse leadership background, Jada Elize carries the capability to outline and develop business processes, procedures and development plans.

How much is a consultation?

Consultations are free and are approximately 20 minutes long. Each package includes the initial Consultation and set hour-long meeting time slots throughout the planning process.

Why do we need an event planner?

Coordinating and executing an event are two totally different things. It is impossible for a host to manage the execution of a complex event and focus on entertaining their guests, therefore Jada Elize removes the stress factor allowing the client to enjoy their special moments.

Do I have to go through your vendors if I hire you as my planner?

As a client, you are free to utilize the vendors of your choice with the understanding that venues typically provide the contracted party with a preferred vendor list. When this occurs, the venues leadership may require that you select vendors from the provided list, as their services have been verified by that venue.

Do you offer Day of Coordination?

Yes, we do offer Day of coordination with the expectation that all information is communicated and provided to the coordinator three months in advance.

My venue offers an on-site coordinator for the day of the event. Do I still need an event planner?

It is to your discretion to utilize an additional event planner, but it is suggested as the venue coordinator has limitations to the services that can be provided outside of what the venue is providing for that specific day.

Do you carry insurance?

As coordinators, we do not carry insurance on our services, unless decor is provided. The venue should have insurance coverage for your event.

How soon should I book your services?

It is preferred that you seek a planner soon after the engagement to ensure that you take all planning factors into consideration.

How often will we meet?

Throughout the planning process, you can expect to touch bases with your coordinator on a monthly bases, depending on your planning timeline. As we near your ceremony, the meetings will become more frequent to ensure that all action items are completed and question are answered.
