Jada Nicole Management & Consulting Firm was officially established in January 2019 to provide elegant unforgettable experiences with no regrets for its clients. Jada Nicole is the product of merging Jada Elize Coordinating & Promotions and Nicole Leighann Travel & Excursions.
Jada Nicole is owned by two friends who met in college in 2006. They both attended North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University where they received engineering degrees. They both entered the corporate world upon graduation in various roles, but most recently project management. While working for larger corporations they both planned and executed multiple events and vacations as that was their passion. Now they are bringing their passion to mainstream with Jada Nicole. Hi, my name is Krista Heslip, and as a Industrial Engineer and Event Designer I have planned events throughout the states of North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida for over a decade.
As a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina I became interested in event planning during my participation in local pageants and community fundraising events. I enjoyed being apart of the initial planning and preparation, and became excited when meeting expectations. So, when the opportunity presented itself, I decided to take on the challenge of working under one of the most well known event planners in Greensboro, NC to gather more experience in the field of wedding and event planning.
Upon graduation from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in 2011 with a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology, I accepted an opportunity with a fortune 500 company. There I acted in a number of roles ranging from a Leadership Development Professional, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Engineer to a Program Manager. My experience in these roles have provided me with the leverage to execute projects and events flawlessly. I am known for my attention to detail, my level of quality, and my ability to bring my clients ideas to life.

Thanks for exploring the offerings of Jada Nicole. I am Bridgitte Miller-Powell. I graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. I have worked for multiple Fortune 500 Companies in various roles ranging from Manufacturing & Engineering to Human Resources Leadership & Development to Regulatory Quality Compliance to Regulatory Project Manager. After a decade of working to build others aspirations I started a family, and longed for the flexibility to follow my dreams of being a wife, mom, and successful entrepreneur.
Over the years I have planned and executed numerous engagements such as birthday celebrations, bridal showers, & bachelorette parties. I also have a knack for planning travel and excursions for family and friends. I truly believe that we all have gifts that we were born with and that flowing in that gift is when life is most enjoyable. One of my gifts is planning and creating awesome encounters and I'm so excited to share this special gift with you!
